Had a vinyl fence installed in my backyard - process was smooth from initial estimate through to the work being completed

John couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful to work with. He did a great job installing our fence, and most importantly for me, he was very responsive, followed up when he said he would and was on time. Highly recommend.

Called Jon Medina on Monday he was at my house Tuesday morning. Assessed the situation of a gate latch not properly working. Gave me options to fix. I chose which I wanted. Fixed my issue with a new latch which is working perfectly. Done in an hours time. It was a great feeling to trust Jon with his expertise. Price was totally reasonable. Jon did an awesome job installing a custom gate and privacy panels for us. I had sourced the materials myself so I was looking for someone with fencing installation experience and Jon was up for the task while many were not. He was so nice to work with, accommodating our changes so that we were completely satisfied, and completed the job quickly. Jon can also provide fencing options and we plan to use him for future fencing needs.

He is a former US Marine and his style clearly reflects the discipline and professionalism he learned during his time in the service. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process from quoting, getting materials on site, to scheduling the installation and especially to addressing any issues and concerns...he actually picks up the phone! Also the quality of the fence material is excellent...No generic Home Depot crap here.
